Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Group Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global commercial goals and channel strategies through legal strategies and contracting frameworks
• Provide legal and business advice to partnership programs and go-to-market teams
• Draft, negotiate, and conclude complex commercial transactions related to technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal degree with active bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house
• Deep experience supporting B2B businesses and multi-tier channel sales models
• Expertise in marketing and trademarks law
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
