Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate General Counsel, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on rights, obligations, risks, and privileges of the organization
• Manage all aspects of litigation and arbitrations, including internal investigations and government inquiries
• Advise senior business leaders by acquiring deep knowledge of industry practices and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government office
• Experience managing investigations and drafting legal documents for courts and arbitration
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience
• Knowledge of health care and/or regulatory law
