Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Regulatory and Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded regulatory thought partner to Product and Operations teams, providing guidance on privacy and clinical regulatory implications
• Partner with Compliance and Privacy teams on policy development, audit response, and remediation strategies
• Translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance for Product and Operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admittance legal experience with significant healthcare regulatory expertise
• Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA and telehealth
• Experience advising Product, Operations, or Compliance teams in a healthcare technology environment
• Proven ability to translate complex healthcare regulatory requirements into clear guidance
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
