Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Contract Manager to prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements
• Analyze contractual terms, assess legal and budget risks, and partner with stakeholders for resolution
• Manage the contract amendment lifecycle and support site payments compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with contracts, specifically in oncology clinical contracts
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required; JD or advanced degree preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience in negotiation or sales related to contracts
• Familiarity with the service industry or project management environment
