Legal Engineer with AI Expertise

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CLM Legal Engineer specializing in AI and Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to gather and translate requirements for AI and GenAI capabilities within the CLM system
• Act as the primary resource for configuring AI/GenAI functionalities in the CLM system, including automated contract review and risk scoring
• Define and lead testing protocols to validate AI/GenAI functionality, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; JD or Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience with CLM solutions, particularly in legal engineering or CLM implementation roles
• Proven expertise in implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within CLM systems
• Strong experience in configuring and administering CLM platforms
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, with experience implementing natural language processing and generative AI solutions
