Key Responsibilities

• Generate business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open software and online research tools
• Maintain knowledge of department procedures and conflicts request workflow
• Analyze information and provide logical conclusions or recommendations based on varied data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior conflicts experience may be considered
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open or LegalKey is desired
• Previous online research experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new software
• Prior work experience in a legal or professional service environment is desired
