Commercial Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, draft, and negotiate various company contracts, including NDAs and SaaS Agreements
• Advise on data protection/privacy matters in collaboration with the data privacy team
• Interpret contractual terms and provide guidance to sales executives and management

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited U.S. law school and membership in good standing with a state bar
• 3-5 years of experience as a corporate attorney in a software/technology environment
• Experience working with sales teams in customer negotiations and contracting
• In-depth understanding of contract law and strong negotiation skills for SaaS agreements
• Experience in an in-house legal department is a plus
