Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of compliance risk professionals and develop staff skills through coaching and performance management
- Manage the complaints program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely responses
- Conduct trend and root cause analysis on complaints and prepare reports for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Compliance within the banking or fintech industry, specifically in complaint management
- 5+ years of leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation or ability to obtain within one year
- Extensive knowledge of financial services compliance laws and regulations
