Licensing Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal (Licensing) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, review, proof, edit, and manage complex legal documents
• Research and analyze health care law issues affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies
• Manage regulatory submissions, filings, and respond to regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in Legal and Compliance functions
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
