Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on state and federal regulatory issues related to business operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives and mitigate legal risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - required
• Active member in good standing with a state bar - required
• 3 to 8 years of experience in health care legal and regulatory areas - required
• Experience in managed care contracting and value-based models - preferred
• Law firm and/or in-house legal department experience - required
