Senior Securities Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Governance & Securities Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and filing of SEC reports and manage annual stockholder meetings
• Assist with board and committee meetings, including document preparation and corporate record maintenance
• Support internal and external audits, corporate transactions, and improve legal operations systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public company governance and securities law compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal program completion is a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and corporate governance practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with legal operations tools and effective project management skills
