Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to establish and oversee a compliance program in the Health Care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Compliance Program, Compliance Plan, Code of Conduct, and Fraud, Waste and Abuse Plan
• Develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the enterprise
• Oversee regulatory audits, coordinate corrective action plans, and resolve compliance-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree preferred, with consideration for experience in health plan management
• 7-9 years of preferred experience in compliance-related roles
