A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor to support the affordable housing industry through file audits and certification processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete certification processing and review files within a strict 24-hour period
- Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Conduct remote file audits and stay updated on affordable housing program changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience/training
- Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs
- Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations and property management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong team orientation with a motivation to excel and manage changing priorities
