Compliance Officer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II - Payments Advisory (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex regulatory laws and support their implementation across business areas
• Act as a liaison between business units and regulatory bodies during compliance examinations, identifying and remediating compliance gaps
• Develop reports for management on compliance reviews and legal changes, communicating necessary actions for regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the same fields
• Experience in providing effective challenge throughout the issue management life cycle
• Ability to interpret regulations and assess compliance risk effectively
• Experience in collaborating on compliance risk standards and assessments
• Experience in working with Legal and second line risk functions for comprehensive compliance risk coverage
