Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation, including drafting pleadings and managing the discovery process
- Represent clients in various legal settings, including EEOC charges and mediations
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers and manage a flexible workload without billable hour expectations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side
- Experience with federal and state court practices and relevant administrative agencies
- Active bar license in the state of residence and in a state where the company has an office
- Strong time management skills and flexibility in work schedule
- Desire to work on exciting matters without the demands of a full-time position
