Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of compliance risk management strategies and execution of the compliance program
• Manage compliance tracking systems and assist with annual compliance work plan and risk assessment activities
• Report compliance statistics and trends, and assist with regulatory audits and compliance-related communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare compliance, vendor oversight, or internal audit is required
• Managed care or healthcare-related experience is required
• Prior management experience is preferred
• Experience with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid programs and qualified health plans is required
