Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to review, analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and responses
- Draft and prepare various complex contracts ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies
- Lead contract negotiations and manage contract administration while providing support to leadership and business teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA) preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in contract processes or business support
- Healthcare experience is preferred
