A company is looking for a Research and Writing Litigation Attorney for a 100% remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as demurrers, injunctions, and summary judgment motions
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions related to cases in federal and California state courts
• Manage a flexible schedule while working a minimum of 30 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing and motion practice skills
• Experience with federal and California state court procedures
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
