Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee inspection review operations for their single-family rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3 inspection review specialists, ensuring quality standards and timely completion of inspection reviews
• Conduct comprehensive inspection reviews and analyze renovation scopes and budgets for property assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property acquisition and validate project scopes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in property inspection, construction management, or real estate operations
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform and experience with property inspection tools
• Knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes
