Washington Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to handle litigation and trial advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Washington
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
