A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review operational performance against compliance standards and report on contract adherence
- Support the development and application of compliance policies and assist with auditing efforts
- Oversee reporting of suspected fraud and assist with security/privacy incident investigations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred experience with Medicaid and managed care organizations
- Prior compliance, risk management, and/or audit experience is favorable
