Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance & Reporting Specialist to develop and implement compliance auditing and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality and compliance reports and dashboards
  • Perform and monitor audits, risk assessments, and documentation activities to ensure compliance
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, compliance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with risk assessment requirements, auditing, and compliance training
  • Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace product knowledge strongly preferred
