Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance & Reporting Specialist to develop and implement compliance auditing and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality and compliance reports and dashboards
- Perform and monitor audits, risk assessments, and documentation activities to ensure compliance
- Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, compliance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience
- Project Management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with risk assessment requirements, auditing, and compliance training
- Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace product knowledge strongly preferred
