Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily legal support and advice to various departments on IT services and products
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and manage legal risks through policy implementation

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized university
• Admission from a recognized bar
• 7+ years of related post-academic experience
• Strong skills in contract review, negotiation, and management
• Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
