A company is looking for a One-Year Conflicts Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new matters and hires to identify and resolve potential conflicts
- Administer Legal Ops' technical systems, including conducting conflict of interest searches
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure resolution of identified conflicts and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of conflicts experience or related work in a law firm or legal environment preferred
- Proficiency in Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- General knowledge of rules of professional conduct concerning conflicts of interest
- Ability to work independently and with a remote team
