Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of AML Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of AML and compliance policies in line with CIMA regulations
• Oversee daily compliance operations and internal controls related to fund services and investor onboarding
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate compliance into strategic business initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AML/Compliance, focusing on Cayman Islands fund regulations
• Proven leadership experience in the alternative investment space
• Expertise in developing and managing AML frameworks and conducting risk assessments
• Strong understanding of investor services and AML processes related to fund administration
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
