Corporate M&A Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel - Corporate / M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
• Advise founders and significant investors in transactions exceeding $1b
• Collaborate with a leading Corporate/M&A partner on various corporate law matters

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law
• Experience at an AM Law 100 firm is preferred
• Exposure to Funds and LLC investments is highly desirable
• Current position at senior associate or Counsel level in a recognized corporate law firm
• Experience in related fields such as Investment Management, Finance, or Tax is a plus
