A company is looking for a Compliance Risk Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and assist business units with policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance training and coordinate the review of new regulations impacting operations
- Perform analytics and create reports for business units and GRC Operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 3 years of legal and/or regulatory research and compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree in business finance or 5 years of combined experience in a financial setting
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytical and reporting software
- Understanding of financial institution compliance, particularly related to branch operations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
