California Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel- Product Development & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and advise on advertising and marketing materials
• Advise internal business partners on product life cycle requirements
• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to product development

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Current member of the California Bar or California Registered In-House Counsel
• 5-8 years of relevant practice experience, with at least 4 years as an in-house attorney
• Experience in a technology company is highly desired
• Familiarity with legal guidance for marketing claims and product regulatory matters
