Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements including various contracts
• Administer and manage the contract management database
• Conduct legal research to support compliance and contract-related initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience with U.S. healthcare contracts is preferred
• Familiarity with contract management tools
• Strong background in HR and labor law
