Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage and oversee the processing of contracts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all customers in SAP, including creating orders for software and hardware
  • Ensure timely processing of contracts and updating of databases such as Salesforce.com
  • Monitor and manage contract cancellations, including communicating with customers and coordinating with vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in contract administration or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Healthcare and pharmacy background preferred
