Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide guidance to junior attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the state of Colorado
• 1-8 years of litigation experience, with 3-5 years in insurance defense
• Experience managing full case handling responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
