• Assist with general and commercial litigation matters
• Handle case workup activities including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work on a remote basis, either as a permanent hire or contract attorney

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
