Associate Contracts Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Contracts Counsel to collaborate with clients and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor/service provider agreements, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
• Work with business stakeholders to provide solutions to legal and operational issues raised in negotiations
• Assist in contract management and prepare executive summaries outlining negotiation progress and associated risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
• Active bar member in good standing
• 2+ years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience with contracts management practices and software
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
