Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff, Contracts Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contracts management from capture phase through proposal phase, including negotiations and contract administration
  • Review customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and provide contractual recommendations, conducting risk assessments and proposing alternative contract execution approaches
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, develop solutions to complex problems, and oversee contract performance and closeout activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in contracts management or related area
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and company policies regarding contracts
  • Ability to develop and apply advanced contractual concepts and techniques
  • Experience in collaborating with functional organizations and customers
