A company is looking for a Staff, Contracts Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contracts management from capture phase through proposal phase, including negotiations and contract administration
- Review customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and provide contractual recommendations, conducting risk assessments and proposing alternative contract execution approaches
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, develop solutions to complex problems, and oversee contract performance and closeout activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in contracts management or related area
- Knowledge of federal regulations and company policies regarding contracts
- Ability to develop and apply advanced contractual concepts and techniques
- Experience in collaborating with functional organizations and customers
