Job Summary
A company is looking for an E-Filing Specialist responsible for electronically filing documents in state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Electronically file documents in federal and state courts, adhering to applicable court rules
- Act as a liaison between courts and attorneys on procedural and technical matters
- Assist with special projects and serve as a back-up for overflow docketing requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a docket specialist, preferably in a law firm environment
- Proficiency with e-Filing documents in state and federal courts
- Experience with rules-based docketing and CompuLaw is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
