California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with a focus on plaintiff wildfire litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead attorneys in all phases of complex personal injury and wildfire litigation
• Draft legal documents including complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. and active license to practice in California
• 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury
• Prior exposure to fire-related property damage or complex torts
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• A commitment to client advocacy and meaningful litigation
