Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Employment Practices Liability Claims team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as pulling documents and processing check requests
  • Set up claim files and handle claims-related duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Provide essential support to the EPL Claims team in a remote work environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/related work experience, such as a paralegal certificate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, paralegal, or administrative assistant in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred
  • Familiarity with matter and document management systems, like Legal Tracker and Perceptive Content, is preferred
