A company is looking for a Deputy Compliance Officer & DMLRO (Global Exchange).

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to manage licensing applications and regulatory reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with legislative updates
• Manage external reviews and implement action plans to address compliance findings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance within a financial institution
• Understanding of regulations for virtual asset service providers under CIMA
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory challenges related to digital assets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience interacting with local regulators is a plus
