Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the Compliance Department's Case Management by setting standards and processes
• Conduct trend analysis to identify emerging risks and proactively develop solutions
• Act as the primary escalation point for Compliance Support and collaborate with various departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a complex environment
• 5+ years of experience in risk management and/or consumer compliance related to mortgage originations
• Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
• Experience with Encompass and Mavent preferred
