Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Health Technology (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements with clients and partners in the healthcare sector
• Support Life Sciences, Provider, and Payor teams with transactional and product advisory work
• Identify and escalate compliance issues while advising the company on business risk issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience practicing law
• Commercial contracting experience in healthcare, information technology, and/or life sciences
• Knowledge of general corporate and compliance issues
• Undergraduate degree and JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to at least one state bar in the United States
