A company is looking for a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to manage real estate disputes and develop client relationships in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, trial, and settlement negotiations
• Craft litigation strategy and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
• Build and manage client relationships while contributing to business development in the Southern California market

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of civil litigation experience, preferably in real estate cases
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar
• Residency in Southern California and located within the business development territory
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience billing hourly and accurately tracking time
