Trust Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Entity Review Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate documentation for LLCs, Corporations, Partnerships, and Trusts
• Ensure business entities and trusts are valid, active, and properly documented
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field, preferred
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations or underwriting, preferably with Non-QM or Non-Agency products
• Experience with legal documentation for trusts or complex entity structures, preferred
• Knowledge of Non-QM underwriting processes and applicable agency and investor requirements
• Proficient in mortgage LOS platforms and standard software applications
