State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel and support across various functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and consumer protection matters
• Review and approve content for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise product teams on compliance throughout the product lifecycle and manage intellectual property portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years of legal experience focused on marketing, advertising, and product counseling
• Deep knowledge of advertising, consumer protection, and e-commerce laws
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry, including regulatory compliance
• Proven contract negotiation and drafting experience
