A company is looking for a Manager, Complex Default Risk & Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of high-exposure loans, including litigation and title issues
• Manage mediation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee team training and case management to ensure effective handling of complex cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation management or a related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance regulations
