Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for legal claim reviews and responses related to digital accessibility
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service contracts and partnership agreements
• Maintain knowledge of evolving digital accessibility laws and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant legal experience (law firm, in-house, or government)
• Juris Doctorate
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills to support execution with Sales, Product, and Engineering
