Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Compliance Manager (Medicare Advantage Required) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a compliance program to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization
• Oversee regulatory audits, coordinate corrective action plans, and handle compliance-related inquiries and investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Master's Degree and experience in health plan management
• Preferred 7-9 years of experience in compliance or related fields
