Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Healthcare and Research Attorneys and Paralegals in the Legal Department
- Manage contract management systems, including oversight of user access and document workflows
- Handle filing and file maintenance, ensuring accurate organization of legal documents and reports
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of legal administrative assistant experience in a high-volume legal practice
- 4 years of contracts and transactional legal work experience
- High School Diploma/GED
