Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst, Duals (D-SNP).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance reporting and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies
• Lead compliance projects, including policy development and implementation
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain regulatory documentation for D-SNPs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in compliance and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience in project management with knowledge of Medicare and D-SNP regulations
• Hands-on experience with Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs)
• Research skills to track and review policy and regulatory changes
