Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for the Compliance Department
  • Maintain and monitor compliance systems and manage records for the Compliance Department
  • Assist with reporting, policy modifications, and compliance awareness campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within compliance, risk, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions within the scope of position responsibilities
  • Relative work experience or a degree from an accredited institution
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks
