Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance Officer in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS) and conduct due diligence related to payment activities
• Review policies and procedures of business units and Fintech partners for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor compliance controls and conduct testing to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of banking experience
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance related to banking and consumer protection
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience collaborating in a dynamic and fluid work environment
